Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled from our facility and shipped via third-party couriers (e.g., USPS). Shipping rates, including Standard and Priority options, are automatically calculated by courier integration at checkout.

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly; however, once a package leaves our facility, delivery timelines are managed by the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, lost, or otherwise compromised, please refer to our Refunds & Replacements Policy and submit a claim within 30 days of purchase.

Important: Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot modify billing details, addresses, or order contents. If incorrect information was provided, the order must be canceled and refunded, and a new order placed with corrected details.
